When you send an enquiry

DAJI uses the contact details, destination, selected aircraft and requirements you submit to respond to your request and coordinate your purchase. Contact details and internal follow-up notes are available only to authorised administrators. Fields marked optional can be left blank.

The enquiry is saved before any optional email notification is attempted. Enquiry records remain in the business database for follow-up; they are not published on the website. Please avoid including sensitive personal information in the message.

Optional website analytics

When analytics is enabled, we ask your permission before recording page visits, traffic sources, campaign tags, device category and approximate country. We use a session identifier and retain these visit records for up to 90 days. The raw IP address is not stored: the system keeps a keyed network hash and a shortened IP prefix. Independent IP counts are not a count of individual people.

Analytics respects browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control preferences. Declining analytics does not prevent product browsing or enquiry submission. We do not use third-party advertising trackers. Your preference is saved on your device; analytics session information is cleared when you decline.

Source information with an enquiry

Your submission includes its page and available source information. With analytics permission, this can include the first entry page and campaign tags for your current browsing session. If no external source is available, the source is recorded as direct or unknown.

Contact

Use the contact details published on the Contact page for questions about your information or to request a correction or deletion. The company identity and business contact information must be completed before public launch.
